Shipping policy

Most orders are sent by next day delivery. This does not include weekends. In busy times delivery may take a couple days more. If you have not received within 5 working days (excluding weekends) please let us know.

Orders placed and cleared before 1pm will usually be sent the same day Monday to Friday. If you place and order after 1pm on Friday or over the weekend it will not be sent until Monday.

Very large or heavy items may be sent by a 2 man delivery service or on a pallet. This will take 2-5 days. Large or heavy items delivered by pallet will only be delivered to kerbside. The delivery driver will not be able to take inside your property. If you live in an apartment building delivery will be to outside the apartment building only.

You will be emailed your tracking number once your order is dispatched. If you did not receive the email you can login to your account to check the tracking number.

0-1kg - £3.99 - 1-2 business days
1-2kg - £4.99 - 1-2 business days
2-5kg - £6.99 - 1-2 business days
5-30kg - £8.99 - 1-2 business days
30-60kg - £19.99 - 1-2 business days
60-90kg - £29.99 - 3-5 business days
90-150kg - £39.99 - 3-5 business days
150-250kg - £59.99 - 3-5 business days
250-300kg - £79.99 - 3-5 business days
300kg+ - £89.99 - 3-5 business days
